I first discovered yoga back in 2010. Initially, yoga was simply a physical challenge but slowly it developed into a practice that brought emotional balance and relief from anxiety. Wanting to deepen my practice further and share my love of yoga, I embarked on a 12-month 200-hour teacher training course in 2018.
I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone and I aim to ensure that every student is made to feel welcome, challenged and encouraged in my classes.
