MORE ABOUT ME
I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from yoga in some way, whether its learning to calm the mind or simply improving physical mobility. I am also a great believer in ego-free yoga: being kind to yourself, going at your own pace and resisting the urge to compete with others.
Besides yoga, I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist, with a MSc from King's College London. I am currently undertaking a PhD looking at the neighbourhood environment and health behaviours at UCL.
